Liv’N it UP! Vancouver

On Wednesday, August 11 over 80 people gathered in the imagine1day living room in Vancouver for Liv’N it UP! – a night of breakthroughs in communication and relationships with lululemon athletica’s Director of Possibility, Nia brown belt and inspirationalist: Susanne Conrad.

Participants from all different parts of the city came to the workshop ready to take a look at their future, set declarations and goals and to learn how to listen and communicate in new ways. Over the course of two hours Susanne sang, danced and laughed as she engaged everyone in a discussion about visions for the future as well as learning how to be present in the moment. One of Susanne’s gifts is creating dynamic spaces for people to interact in. At liv’N it UP she made room for teaching, discussions in small groups, time for reflection as well as opportunities to share with the whole group.

Susanne traveled from her home in Santa Monica to present Liv’N it UP! and is one of four leaders of IMAGINE ETHIOPIA 2010 which is a first ever journey of adventure, global stewardship and sacred connection happening in September 2010. Liv’N it UP is Susanne’s creatribution to the trip which has a goal to raise $100,000 to build a school in Ethiopia. Over the course of 6 months she has traveled across North America, combining her passion for developing people with her intention to change the global perception of Ethiopia and unleash the possibility that it is.
